  • Collaborate is a great place to host your meeting in central Woking and Guildford. We’re situated centrally located in both towns, close to the shops and a short walk from the main stations.
  • We offer our meeting rooms for hire on a flexible basis, with bookings available from 2 – 8 hours. You can also book a room for more than one day.
  • We have several rooms to choose from, each room has meeting room furniture, a large smart TV, fast broadband and a white board.

  • Focus on your meeting and let us deal with everything else. The Collaborate team will be on hand to assist you with anything you might need during the meeting.
  • For each meeting, we supply all attendees with complimentary tea, coffee, water and biscuits.
  • On the meeting day, our staff will greet you, help with any room set up and direct you to the self-service refreshments.

  • We also have larger meeting rooms, ranging from 8 – 24 person rooms.
  • Our boardrooms feature AV systems perfect for presenting and video calling as well as a flipchart to make notes on.
  • We also provide complimentary tea and coffee, and can organise catered food should you require this, please just ask.

  • Collaborate can also accommodate meetings for larger groups, from 8 – 24 people.
  • These large rooms are great for team meetings, workshops and training sessions, the spaces are very flexible in terms of furniture and layout.
  • We can also adjoin two rooms to fit up to 20-24 people.

Hiring a Meeting Room - FAQs

Got a question?

We have several Meeting Rooms and Private Offices for hire that can be used for meetings, presentations, workshops or small conferences.

Our rooms come with tables and seating (4 – 14 persons), AV equipment, a large screen and flipcharts or whiteboards.

We can also provide additional services such as catering or admin support. Please just ask.

Everything is included for you to run a successful meeting.

You can set the chairs and tables up how you wish, with our larger rooms having the tables and chairs in sections which can be moved around to suit your preferences.

AV equipment is also supplied. This includes screens or projectors with HDMI connections.

Surrey is an ideal location for your meeting.

There’s ample parking for guests, and excellent fast train connections, both to London and the south east.

There are also plenty of cafes and restaurants, plus many well known shops.

Our meeting rooms are available to hire from 08:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday.

An out of hours meeting is possible, please contact us and explain your requirements.

We have six meeting rooms, plus various private offices or rooms that can also be booked by the day.

These range from smaller 2-6 people rooms perfect for smaller meetings, to 12-14 people boardrooms suitable for large meetings or workshops.
