Creating a collaborative and unique office space in Woking

Cremarc had previously used serviced offices from a large global provider. While functional, the space felt sterile, lacked flexibility and created ongoing frustration for the team. Collaborate offered Cremarc a managed office space within Export House, Woking, at the same time a new floor was being refurbished. Rather than prescribing a pre-set package, Collaborate worked closely with Cremarc to plan a bespoke space. This included growth capacity, branding opportunities and flexibility for the team to shape the environment.
The collaboration process involved detailed space planning, listening to Cremarc’s vision and providing a blank canvas that allowed the agency to put its own stamp on the office. This included unique vinyl wall graphics, reclaimed wood panelling in a collaboration area and customised meeting room backdrops.
